Older Updates:
Hello Everyone! It’s about that time of year, where I start thinking about Stash Dash again. I’m not going to lie, I was a bit mad when I didn’t make my 15K goal last year. I’ve decided that this will be my redemption year. I’ve been taking steps since the middle of December to ensure that I can keep my goal intact, and maybe surpass it. Honestly, I’ve been working on my WIPs to a certain point and stopping ever since then, to the detriment of the “Silver’s WIP-Down” I was having in my podcast group until the end of 2016. At that point, I no longer cared. I was already looking toward the next big KAL I wanted to participate in. THAT’s how upset I was that I didn’t hit my goal. I think my exact words at the close of Stash Dash 2016 were “Didn’t make 15K, but next year 15K, you’re mine!” Or something to that extent. And I wrote it in my FO (Finished Objects) thread on the KAL Ravelry page. So, yeah. Wish me luck! Hopefully I don’t drive you as crazy as I’ve been driving Emptyeye over the past few months about this issue… LOL. He’s a saint, that one…
I’m going to break down how I’ll keep track of everything as we go along. To get to 15K of yarn, I need roughly 16,404.199 yards. I’ll even show you how far things are right now, etc. So, grab your knitting/craft of choice and here we go!
Quick Update 5/24: A few things to add. I’ve decided that it’s time I gave myself a break before the craziness starts. Taking my time working on things (if I knit at all over the next few days) will help me in the long run. So, in the meantime, here a few things you need to know before it all starts:

The Ladies have also provided a video to explain this year’s rules! Check it out, if you want to participate! 🙂
Update 6/20: I’m sorry. I’ve forgotten to update the blog post! So, here goes! I’ve updated most of the section… 16 new items Finished!!! 🙂 Up to 8,928 yards, which is 8,163.76 meters! 🙂
This update includes all of the projects I’ve been working on since the start of Stash Dash. I’ve also moved the bulk of the text from the original post to the end. I’ll continue to do so throughout the course of the KAL. This way you can see what has changed since you’ve been by recently.
Talk to you soon!

Update 7/18: So, since the last time we talked, I’ve finished a total of 10 new items! Up to 13,852 yards, which is at total of 12,666.3 meters! 🙂 I’ve finished a few shawls, a blanket, a couple of hats, and a few long-lingering WIPs, so I’m pretty happy with my Stash Dash progress so far.
