Episode 20 – “Snow Storms, Reviews, and Power Rangers, Oh My!!!”

         1. A KAL premiering all the wonderful patterns of CC Almon, AKA JavaPurl on Ravelry.

         2. This will be a year-long KAL.

         3. Any project you knit/crochet/weave/spin that has anything to do with or insipired by The Geeky Girls Podcast, JavaPurl or Damisdoodles, or is one of JavaPurl’s designs on Ravelry. It won’t be hard to convince me.

         4. WIPs are allowed, as long as they have been finished in 2017.

         5. Feel free to poly-dip in other KALs as long as it fits in with other rules.

         6. Each project you finish and post counts as 1 entry into the giveaway.

         7. Must be a member of the Silver’s Dreamland Podcast group on Ravelry to participate.

         8. Please post pictures on Social Mediums using #SDLJavaAlong so I can find your WIPs and FOs! Who knows, you may be entered in a drawing for RAP days…

      2. Prizes

         1. I’ll be giving away 1 JavaPurl Design pattern every month during the course of this KAL to get your collection started. CC has even donated several to give away as well.

            1. Since we didn’t have anyone posting FO’s this week, I have included all group members and all of those that have liked my group page on Facebook in a random number generator. So, this month’s winner is snotestine. So, snotestine, PM me with which JavaPurl design you would like, and I’ll be gifting you the pattern you choose!

         2. As promised, I will be giving away a digital copy of CC’s “Coffee With CC” book. Still no responses, so I’ve decided to wait until I finish all of the patterns in this book. So, make sure you post soon to win!

         3. I will also be giving away a physical copy of CC’s new book “Coffee With CC (and Dami Too) at the end of next month.. The winners will be pulled from the FO thread only.

         4. New for this month, we do have two more wonderful prizes donated by the Nimruse on Ravelry. If you don’t know who she is, she is the genius behind Pandia’s Jewels. She has generously donated a skein of her Hand Dyed yarn on her Snug Base. It is the Highlands colorway, as well as a set of Harley Quinn Stitch markers for me to give away during the course of the Java-Along.

         5. There will be other prizes later on in the year. I’ll be announcing them as soon as I get them in the mail.
