Switching It Up In January

Hiya everyone! How are you all doing? My break month has been pretty good. Besides things off my long list of stuff, I also managed to get a few streams in this month. I called these streams “pop up” streams. I played my Disney Dreamlight Valley account on the Switch this past week. On this account, I hadn’t done the individual character quests that happen after you have leveled each up to 10. This included the last of the Rift in Time DLC update.

I haven’t touched the character quests for at least 2 updates or so (this included the last of the Rift in Time DLC update) even though I had done the work to level up all of the characters from those updates. This means… LOTS of pumpkins were picked up, planted, and sold during this time. It was honestly a mess all over the areas (also called Biomes) of that account, as I would pick up the pumpkins from the patches with the characters (who spit out extra pumpkins, as they’re all Gardeners). Then I tended to leave them until the level ups were done. It honestly took until mid-January before I picked all the pumpkins up. With December’s Floating Island update, I was therefore busy making pumpkin patches up there, and “forgot” that I also needed to pick up the pumpkins in the main valley… lol.

As to the Characters and their quests… I’ve been trying to figure out a stream day to do them all, once I had finished my Steam Account’s stuff. I finished the Star Path for the last update (different things you can do to get exclusive prizes for that update) on it, and then my break happened. I didn’t want to stream TOO early in the break, but I managed to pull it all together this week.

We concentrated on Jafar, Tiana, Timon, Pumba, and Sally. It took 2 streams, but we got it done! Here is how those streams went!

1/21: Let’s Switch This Up A Bit…

1/25: What Was I Doing Again? Oh yeah… Villager quests…

Until Next Time, Happy Crafting and Gaming!
